EB-3 Vietnam is an independent information & referral site about the US EB-3 Other Workers (unskilled) immigrant visa. This page explains what we do, what we don't do, where our money comes from and how your information is handled – so you can decide for yourself whether to trust and use our information.
1. What EB-3 Vietnam does
- Compiles sourced information: Visa Bulletin dates, PERM/I-140 processing times, city guides – every figure shows its source and update date.
- Posts EB-3 job information from the job portal of the consulting firms we work with, with the update date. Openings are rechecked every day.
- Answers general questions via Zalo/messages and, with your consent, refers you to a suitable EB-3 consulting firm.
2. What EB-3 Vietnam does NOT do
- We are not a government agency or a law firm, and we do not give legal advice for individual cases.
- We are not an employer or a sponsoring company, and we do not sign contracts with you.
- We never take money from you in any form. All program fees are collected by the consulting firm under its own contract.
- We do not guarantee a job, a visa or a green card. We do not promise departure dates.
- We do not keep or ask for your passport, ID card (CCCD), photos of documents or financial information.
3. What EB-3 Vietnam earns
- Referral fee: EB-3 Vietnam may receive a referral fee from consulting firms; you never pay EB-3 Vietnam anything. The fee may be paid when you are referred and sign a contract with a firm, and it does not change the price you pay the consulting firm.
- Service referral links: some links in the "Moving to the US" section (money transfer, SIM cards, insurance, English learning…) are referral links. EB-3 Vietnam may earn a commission from these services; the price you pay stays the same.
- Receiving fees does not affect the figures we publish: visa dates, processing times, wages and openings all come from official sources or the portal, with dates shown.
4. Where your information goes

- EB-3 Vietnam does not sell personal data.
- Visitor statistics (Google Analytics) are only turned on when you click "Accept" cookies – see the Privacy policy.
- Legal basis: Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15 (effective Jan 1, 2026) and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP.
5. How to withdraw consent or delete your information
- Send "DELETE DATA" (or "XOÁ DỮ LIỆU") via Zalo +84 978 825 155 or email contact@eb3vietnam.com (mention the channel you contacted us on so we can find your details).
- EB-3 Vietnam deletes your information from our tracking log, form system and mailing lists, then messages you to confirm the deletion.
- To stop receiving emails/messages: click "Unsubscribe" in any email, or send "STOP" (or "HUỶ").
- If you have already been referred to a consulting firm: EB-3 Vietnam will notify that firm of your request; you can also make the request to the firm directly.
6. When to be careful
- Anyone acting in EB-3 Vietnam's name who asks for money or for your passport/ID card → that is not us. Please report it via our official Zalo.
